Imperator srl is a green coffee trading company, with its headquarters in the heart of Trieste, the leading Italian port in the trading of coffee and among the best at a European level.
With the wealth of over fifty years’ experience, running through three generations, the company can satisfy the roasters’ requests with a first class offering which is in continuous evolution.

In the auspices of the Habsburg Empire we drew the names for our blends. Rodolfo I 100% Arabica, Federico III 70-30 and Alberto I 100% Robusta.
Courses and private consultancy
The Bloom Coffee School is the Imperator’s training space. Founded in 2017, it boasts recognition from SCA and the Coffee Quality Institute. It also offers customized courses.
Quality control and certified coffee
On a daily basis a team of” certified coffee experts ” conducts a meticulous quality assessment on all incoming and outgoing lots.
