DEFECTS: The term "Supremo" is used as a coffee quality "grade" due to the general correlation (with many exceptions) between coffee bean size and coffee flavor. 

DESCRIPTION: very scented cup with caramel and cocoa notes. Generally it has a fine acidity a good body and sweetness. Unfortunately it is changeable due to the heterogeneity of different production areas.
